The Velec R48+ is designed for comfortable long journeys. A powerful, high-torque 500-watt rear-wheel motor will tackle headwinds and steep inclines, and the 48-volt, 14-amp battery gives you the pedal assist you need to explore much longer rides.

Now equipped with two sensors (torque and cadence) the R48+ can be used in torque or cadence mode, depending on the owner's preference.

It's equipped with a throttle to help you navigate if you don't want to pedal or need a little extra help climbing hills. The suspension fork and spring saddle will ensure you ride like you're on a cloud. With a 14Ah battery, you can get a range of up to 120 km with pedal pedal assist. The battery integrated into the frame balances the weight for agile riding and more stability.

NEW: Turn signals are added to the rear of the bike. The R48+ also comes with aluminum mudguards, a horn, a more robust chain guard, and a rear rack with an integrated light. The hub bearings are sealed.
