VIVID LENSES WITH ZEISS® OPTICS — The lenses feature Giro’s patented VIVID technology, developed in partnership with ZEISS® Optics. VIVID lenses work by filtering blue light: allowing it to pass through to enhance contrast, while blocking harmful UV light. EVAK VENT TECHNOLOGY — Found exclusively on VIVID-lens models, EVAK Vent Technology uses a new foam made from an ultra-durable, non-absorbent material. It reduces the risk of fogging by releasing moisture while creating a barrier against outside elements.
EXPANSION VIEW TECHNOLOGY (EXV) — Refined in Giro’s testing lab in Scotts Valley, California, this revolutionary frame design offers unmatched peripheral vision. We started with a helmet-compatible goggle, then reduced the frame rim and added frameless zones to enhance the performance of a massive Spherical lens for the best possible field of view.
INJECTION-MOLDED CYLINDRICAL LENSES — Injection molding a cylindrical lens helps achieve precise optics and minimizes the distortion that can occur in thermoformed cylindrical lenses.
