Application: the stem riser allows the handlebars to be raised by a maximum of 78 mm. It also allows the handlebar to be rotated (2 ways) 90 degrees by the quick release without any tools. It saves a lot of space when storing or transporting.
Compatibility: Compatible with all 28.6mm fork handlebars. Not compatible with 1" fork handlebars.
