To be used as a first layer for all hard waxes in fresh fallen snow, fine transformed snow and old snow from +1°C to -20°C (30°F to -4°F). Rub and iron with a waxing iron (110°C/230°F). Smooth cork. Base wax is much easier to apply in cold weather. Store it in the refrigerator or in the snow before application.
