The Atomic Backland FR is a pole to match our new Backland FR skis. Like them, it was designed and developed in collaboration with freeskiing legend Chris Benchetler. A good freeski pole should be light, preserve your agility and help you stay focused. That's why this model is made from a lightweight aluminum alloy and features a non-slip MTB grip as well as an 85mm powder puck for added flotation. But off-piste, a stick worth its salt is more than useful, so we've equipped the Backland FR with a handy screwdriver to adjust or repair your bindings on the go. Finally, the carbide tip resists impact against trees or rocks and you can adjust the length of the stick from 110 to 130 cm.
